We handle all financial transactions for your Association. On a daily basis, the member assessments will be charged, payments recorded and vendors paid. On a monthly basis, the bank accounts will be reconciled and financial statements prepared. The result is an accurate and complete set of comprehensive financial reports.
We are available to assist Management in the preparation Of your Association’s Annual Budget so that it meets the needs of your members and confirms to the California Civil Code.
Each year, your Association is required to hold an Election of Members to the Board of Directors, approve IRS Rev. Rul. 70-604, and address other issues that require a vote of the membership by secret ballot. We are available to act as your Inspector of Elections at your annual meeting or special elections to ensure your secret ballots are controlled prior to the meeting, and tabulated completely and accurately.
Assist the independent CPA chosen by the association with tax and audit preparation (Please note: we do not prepare tax returns nor conduct audits).
Provide detailed owner payment and delinquency records.
Pay all invoices approved by the board from association funds.
Provice assessments, late fees, special assessments and collection fees.
Prepare and issue monthly financials statement package that includes a balance sheet as of the end of the period, a statement of revenue and expenses (profit and loss statement) for each fund, bank reconciliation, open accounts payable, accounts receivable detail, and general ledger.
Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, upon request.
Establish and maintain reserve accounts, as directed by the Board.
Establish and maintain internal controls to protect association funds.
